This is one of the very earliest wicker cased wooden lined picnic sets. It is especially rare to find with red leathercloth interior, plus brass bound corners, and kettle and burner. Its size is compact, it has the facility for being used as a stepboard- so ideal for a veteran car with little space. One of the very best sets I have ever handled from this period.
