This shows the much larger suitcase set produced in a great variety of layouts, this example is for a serious drinking owner, in that three wicker covered drinking bottles were incorporated into the design. With four sandwich boxes, this was ideal for a large party, but the size limitation made this really only suitable for a very large car, and as it needs two persons to carry, this type of set was usually purchased by the nobility. Another layout, slightly earlier (c.1912) is shown with a most pleasing layout, with kettle, plus china cups housed in individual lift up wicker covered framework. This type of set layout is one of the best designs and worth far more than the four sandwich box layout.
